They give you 10 cents to bet with and grow that you can actually cash out once you have 10 bucks. If you lose the dime you get another (infinity more) free.
This site is legit. I've used it, friends of mine have use it and cashed out. The site is paid for by entirely by advertising, specifically the ads you are able to view when you have under 3 bucks, that give you a bonus payout (+100%, +50%, +25%)
